Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  Personal care items that have been opened/used (for hygiene reasons)
  

Return Process

Refund Policy

  Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  Refunds are issued via Cash on Delivery reversal or bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

  Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  

Exchange Option

If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange for the same item instead of a refund.
