To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to report any issues and request a return.

- Contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
💰 Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued through a suitable payment method agreed upon with the customer.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred to a bank account or another approved method.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Products showing signs of use after delivery.
- Orders where the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
- Items returned without original packaging.
