To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to report any issues and request a return.

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued through a suitable payment method agreed upon with the customer.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred to a bank account or another approved method.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Products showing signs of use after delivery.
  • Orders where the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
